DVD Replication
DVD Replication is the most cost-effective process for making DVDs and is typically used for orders of 500 or more discs. Optical Media's precise DVD replication process involves using your master disc to create a glass master, which is then used to create a metal stamper that is placed into a molding press. Plastic is injected into the molds, and an exact copy of your master disc is "pressed." The video is perfectly replicated by a series of "pits" on the shiny, playing side of the disc.
